Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, if there are any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team promptly for assistance under the Refund Policy.
Live plants require proper care upon delivery. We provide care instructions to help you maintain the health of your plants. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for plants that perish due to neglect or improper care after delivery.
